TRAVEL INFORMATION

All fees for checked and carry-on luggage will be at your own expense. Please check your airline website for specific guidelines on costs associated with checked and carry-on luggage. In the case of weather, airline strike, delays or cancellations, guests must adhere to airline rebooking policy or pay for flight change on their own.

WEATHER

May is a beautiful time to visit Sedona. Temperatures are typically in the mid 80’s for the high and can get into the low 50's in the morning. We recommend bringing a light jacket for chilly nights and early mornings.

While rain is unlikely, you should bring a rain jacket just in case.

ATTIRE

The basic attire for the 2024 Yamaha program is smart casual with comfortable walking shoes. The resort is spread over 70 acres so be prepared to enjoy the destination.

TIME ZONES

During our Yamaha program, Sedona will be on Mountain Standard Time (MST) which is three hours behind Eastern Standard Time as they do not observe Daylight Savings Time.

CELLULAR PHONES

Cellular phones will work while in the city of Sedona but while on the Enchantment Resort, cell phone service is not consistent.  Wi-fi is complimentary in the rooms so Internet calling is available. We recommend downloading the complimentary app, WhatsApp which allows guests to text and make calls with Wi-Fi or data.

CREDIT CARDS

As in most US cities, all major credit cards are accepted such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You can also use debit cards to withdraw cash from the ATM.

SECURITY

Security should not be a problem in Sedona, but it is always sensible to take precautions and leave valuables, including expensive watches and jewelry, at home. The emergency number for police, ambulance and or fire department is 911. This number can be used for free with both land lines and mobile phones.
